After covering the life of a celiac in the previous webinar, I am back with yet another informative session with a renowned nutritionist Ms. Mona Sarup.

Ms. Mona started the webinar by educating the attendees about what gluten is and how consumption of even a small quantity of gluten can result in conditions such as nausea or diarrhea in a celiac individual.

Ms. Mona spoke about her role as a nutritionist when dealing with a celiac. She not only debunked several myths around the gluten-free diet but also addressed the queries people often have when it comes to going off gluten. She suggested some interesting yet easy changes we can make to our daily meal to go off gluten without compromising on the essential nutrition.

The webinar was attended by more than 200 participants who actively took part in the Q&A segment at the end.

Ms. Mona Sarup is a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach with a certification from Precision Nutrition. In addition to being the owner of Pilates Studio, Chandigarh, Ms. Mona is the founder of Refuel Nutrition (can add what refuel nutrition does).

Ms. Mona is a post-graduate in Biochemistry (Hons).
