Mango Sorbet
INGREDIENTS
1cup(200ml) chopped mangoes
1tsp lemon juice
Few drops mango essence
1/4cup sugar
1/4cup water
METHOD
Peel and chop mangoes and freeze for 2 to 3hrs in freezer.
In a pan put water and sugar and heat till sugar melts, cool it.
Now in mixer grinder add mangoes, sugar syrup, essence, lemon juice and churn till smooth.
Take a plastic box and put this mixture in it and cover with a lid and freeze for 5 to 6hrs and it’s ready to eat.
If after several hours in freezer it becomes hard then keep it in fridge for 20min before eating.
