Mango Sorbet - Gluten Free Jio

Mango Sorbet

INGREDIENTS
  • 1cup(200ml) chopped mangoes
  • 1tsp lemon juice
  • Few drops mango essence
  • 1/4cup sugar
  • 1/4cup water

METHOD

  1. Peel and chop mangoes and freeze for 2 to 3hrs in freezer.
  2. In a pan put water and sugar and heat till sugar melts, cool it.
  3. Now in mixer grinder add mangoes, sugar syrup, essence, lemon juice and churn till smooth.
  4. Take a plastic box and put this mixture in it and cover with a lid and freeze for 5 to 6hrs and it’s ready to eat.
  5. If after several hours in freezer it becomes hard then keep it in fridge for 20min before eating.
