AN ESSENTIAL WHEN EATING OUT: GLUTEN – FREE DINING CARDS

As a celiac who loves to travel, I know how challenging it is to make restaurant staff understand what you can eat and cannot eat, especially if they don’t speak your language. In these situations gluten-free restaurant dining cards can be a life-saver. Considering there are over 10 languages spoken in India, I am currently creating restaurant cards in some mainstream Indian languages for celiac travel junkies like me.

ABOUT ME

Hello everyone. I am a 18-year-old teenager called Annika Dhariwal, who was diagnosed with celiac disease at the age of 9. As someone who attends boarding school overseas in the U.K. and has traveled over forty countries, I hope to encourage and inspire other children and adults on a gluten free diet to dream big.
