Sweet Potato Baked Fries

  • 3 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • Coconut or vegetable oil cooking spray


  1. Preheat the oven to 204°C.
  2. Cut the potatoes lengthwise into wedges or sticks.
  3. Place the cut sweet potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle them with the extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Toss to combine.
  5. Combine the cumin, paprika, and sea salt in a small bowl and mix them together. Sprinkle the mixture onto the cut sweet potatoes. Gently toss until the potatoes are evenly coated with the oil and spices.
  6. Spray a baking sheet with coconut or vegetable oil spray. Place the coated sweet potatoes onto the sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Toss to make sure the fries bake evenly.
